19-21 November, 2013 International Conference on Bioethics Education

This is the first announcement and call for papers for the 2013 International Conference on Bioethics Education, which will be held in Naples, Italy on 19-21 November, 2013. The deadline for the receipt of abstracts is March, the 13th. The conference is organized by UNESCO Chair in Bioethics Unit in collaboration with Ethics Committee for Activities ‘Carlo Romano’ International Office for Bioethics Research Federico II University of Naples and The European Center for Bioethics and Quality of Life.

Bioethicists, philosophers, researchers, REC members, physicians, nurses, social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, doctors involved in legal medicine, lawyers, judges, teachers, educators, deans and admin of academic institutes, professional, cultural and volunteer organizations and associations and governmental and public bodies are welcome to submit their abstracts and to attend.

The main topics in ethics education include; general objectives, teaching methods, level of teaching and status of programs, Also evaluation of teaching, teachers and students and study resources, references and materials.  While the main aspects / themes for the conference encompass several subjects such as bioethics and law, eco-bioethics, dental ethics and law, ethics committees, medical ethics and law, health law and bioethics, nursing ethics and law, research and bioethics and  surgery and bioethics
